Somatic Healing and Empowerment Offerings
One-on-One
Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle, empowering approach to heal the impact of unresolved chronic stress and trauma. In a session we connect with the ‘felt sense’ and explore small pieces of discomfort or agitation (trapped survival energy). Through a gradual and intuitive process of tracking what emerges, the nervous system gently releases stuck energy and restores the authentic self with relaxation and a sense of aliveness.
Group Sessions
Groups are an opportunity for healing and empowerment in the company of others. In our culture I believe that we overemphasize individualism and that there isn’t enough opportunity for collective processing. We are social beings so cross-pollination and co-regulation are crucial for our well-being.
Deep Reset
Deep Reset is an opportunity to experience deep restoration and relaxation with somatic exploration + massage. I guide you to explore the language of sensation to allow your nervous system to gently release bound up energy and restore wholeness and flow. Jack Maxwell, LMT, follows with a one-hour massage, supporting your muscles in letting go of tension and creating more spaciousness in your body. Previous clients describe this experience as gentle, nourishing and supportive.
